What happens next
From your message to a finished drive
- 1Scott rings to ask what you have in mind and fixes a time to come out - evenings and Saturdays are fine.
- 2On the visit he measures, checks what is under the existing surface, looks at drainage and brings samples of the finishes you are thinking about.
- 3Within a couple of days you get a written, itemised quote by email. It is fixed - no allowances that turn into extras.
- 4If you go ahead we agree a start date. Most drives are three to five days on site, and you get the guarantee in writing at handover.
Useful to have
Things that make the first call quicker
- A rough idea of size - pace it out, a stride is about a metre
- What is there now: concrete, tarmac, flags, gravel, lawn
- Whether you have a dropped kerb already
- Any photo of the front or garden, sent by WhatsApp
- The surface you like the look of, if you have one - block, resin, tarmac, printed concrete, sandstone or porcelain
- Your postcode, so we can check the council and any conservation area before we quote
